Milos Milanovic

Milos Milanovic is a Senior Mechatronics & Controls Engineer at ASML in San Jose, CA, where they are currently engaged in developing advanced inspection and metrology systems. They have over five years of experience in high-precision mechatronic stages for next-generation high-NA EUV photolithography systems.
