Mojtaba Shakeri

Mojtaba Shakeri is a Senior Lithography System Performance Engineer at ASML, where they have contributed to data exploration and actionable test design since 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as an Optical Sensing Engineer focusing on module-level testing and statistical analysis. Mojtaba has also co-authored a patent and presented their findings at the ASML Technology Conference, showcasing their expertise in performance data analysis and machine learning. They hold a Ph.D. in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology and both a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology.
