Mu Feng

Mu Feng has over 19 years of experience in the engineering and technology sectors. Currently, Mu Feng serves as a product manager of computational lithography modeling and EUV, as well as the manager of the computational modeling product engineering group at Brion Technologies, an ASML company, since December 2004. Prior to this role, Mu Feng was an engineer at the Beijing Consulting & Design Institute from January 1998 to January 2001. Mu Feng holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, completed in January 2005, and previously attended Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 1995 to January 1998.
