Muthu Loganathan

Muthu Loganathan is a Functional Architect at ASML, where they were previously responsible for the function and system architecture of precision motion stage modules in 2020. Before this role, Muthu served as a Senior Design Engineer specializing in mechatronics. Their academic background includes a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, where they also completed an M.S. in the same field.
