Natsuko Sato is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in business transformation and financial leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Business Transformation Leader at ASML since August 2020, Natsuko is responsible for managing a high-performing transformation team and driving strategic programs that deliver long-term value. Prior to ASML, Natsuko held multiple finance roles at Shell from 2007 to 2020, including JV Finance Director for New Business Development, where key financial risks and portfolio investments were managed, and the Upstream Joint Venture Asset Excellence and Finance Manager, focusing on JV partnerships.
