Neil Joye

Neil Joye is currently the Chief Product Owner at ASML, leading the Digital Asset Management team to develop IT products for configuration validation and predictive maintenance. They previously held roles as a Product Owner and Scientist at Philips, where they drove innovation and facilitated Agile processes within multidisciplinary teams. Earlier, they served as a Research and Teaching Assistant at EPFL, contributing to the field of neuro-electronic interfacing and publishing several academic papers. Neil completed their Master’s and PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at EPFL, where they focused on cutting-edge technologies in electrical engineering.
