Nicky Kersten

Nicky Kersten, MSc., is a seasoned professional currently serving as Sr. Teamlead at ASML, where they are a core project member responsible for the development and implementation of the Skills Trainings Center for the Twinscan Factory. Previously, Kersten held various leadership roles, including Manager Operations at both Organon and MSD, and Teamleader at Dar NV, overseeing operational planning and the management of teams across multiple municipalities.
