Nicolae Maxim

Nicolae Maxim is a Senior Materials Specialist at ASML, where they focus on material design, lifetime testing of thin film optical filters, and contamination control in EUV lithography applications. Previously, Nicolae served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology, specializing in the parallel synthesis of metallosilicates for gas-phase catalysis. Nicolae holds a PhD in Chemistry from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Bucharest, where they also worked as an Assistant Professor. Their expertise encompasses material science, outgassing, and catalysis.
