NITISH KUMAR

Nitish Kumar is an experienced Research Scientist with a strong background in the semiconductors industry, specializing in optical sensors and systems, thin films, and optical metrology. Nitish holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology, where they researched optical metrology techniques. Currently, Nitish serves as a Senior Engineer at ASML and has held positions as a Research Scientist and R&D Section Manager. In addition to their extensive industry experience, they have also been a Visiting Research Scientist at Delft University of Technology.
