Pat DeMarle

Pat DeMarle is currently the Head of DUV Planning at ASML, where they lead strategic initiatives in semiconductor manufacturing. Pat is also the Founder and CEO of Gears Analytics, a company dedicated to alleviating supply chain challenges through innovative analytics solutions. Previously, they held various engineering and managerial roles, including Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning Manager at Brooks Automation, where they significantly increased production output and revenue. Pat’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University.
