Paul Cleary

Paul Cleary, PhD, is the Chief of Staff and Head of Strategic Programs at ASML, where they manage a department focused on lithography. Paul has extensive experience in EUV source and scanner technologies, having previously held roles that included Drive Laser Availability Architect and Project Architect for the 3500 NXE Scanner. With a background in system analysis, strategy, and implementation, Paul has also worked as an archaeologist and researcher at multiple prestigious institutions, culminating in a PhD in Physics from the University of Amsterdam. Their expertise encompasses lasers, imaging, and vacuum technologies.
