Paul Enders is the Head of Supply Chain Transformations at ASML, where they shape and drive change programs to enhance supply chain capabilities amidst exponential growth and rising customer demand. With over 15 years of experience in operations management, consulting, and academia, Paul possesses a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry's complexities. Previously, they held roles such as Senior Manager Customer Supply Chain Management and Logistic Supplier Manager at ASML, as well as consulting positions at The Boston Consulting Group. Paul earned a PhD in Operations Management from Carnegie Mellon University, where they also developed and taught courses related to sustainable operations.
