Peilin Ong

Peilin Ong is a result-oriented metrology professional with 15 years of experience in technology development, technology transfer management, fab start-up, and high-volume manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Application Engineer at ASML, Peilin has previously held significant roles at Intel Corporation and QuantumScape, where they successfully led cross-functional teams and drove innovation in defect metrology and inline applications. Peilin's expertise includes collaborating with suppliers, coaching team members, and developing strategies that enhance production efficiency and yield. They graduated with a B.Eng in Materials Science and Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
