Peter Verbeek PhD is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Manager of the Competence Center Maturity & Quality in Operations at ASML since May 1998. With a career that spans over three decades, Verbeek has held various leadership roles at ASML, including Manager of MOS / Business Services in the Projects department and Program Manager Operations, among others. Prior to ASML, Verbeek contributed as a Senior Consultant and Project Leader in Logistics & ERP at JBA / Ratioplan and gained experience as an Operations Research Consultant at KLM, focusing on manpower planning systems. Verbeek holds a Dr. degree in Operations Research & Decision Support Systems and a Drs. degree in Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as a CPIM in Logistics Management from VLM - APICS.
