Philip Conklin is a manager in the EUV Source Laser Research Group at ASML, a position held since 2014. Prior to this, they served as a staff optical engineer at the same company and were a senior optics scientist at Cymer from 2012 to 2014. Philip began their career as a laser and optics engineer at ESI, where they worked from 2005 to 2012. They earned a Master of Science in Applied Science from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Oregon State University.
