Pim Spiekermann

Pim Spiekermann is currently the Head of Mechanical Development EUV at ASML, having previously held roles such as Department Manager and Senior Director of Mechanical Engineering within the company. Pim's career began with a Master Thesis at the Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Milieu, focusing on the impact of new in-car UX systems on traffic. Prior to ASML, Pim served as Project Director at Bosch, where they oversaw the development and global introduction of a new generation pushbelt for CVT transmissions. Pim holds a Master of Science in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Product Design from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
