Piotr Stolarz is a Design Engineer at ASML, with a focus on the development and support of Wafer Alignment Sensors for ArF and EUV photolithography systems since July 2012. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Apprentice at Mega-System in Lublin, Poland, and serving as a PhD Student and Research Associate at the University of Glasgow from February 2008 to February 2012. The PhD research contributed to a UK EPSRC funded project on High Power, High Frequency Mode-Locked Semiconductor Lasers, aimed at characterizing advanced laser devices emitting optical pulses at 1550 nm wavelengths. Piotr holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Photonics and multiple MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, as well as Electronics and Photonics, all obtained from the University of Glasgow.
