Polina Pinkhasova Swift is an accomplished architect currently working at ASML since November 2022. With a strong academic foundation, Polina obtained a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, where studies were also completed for a Master of Science in the same field. Polina's research experience includes a postdoctoral associate position at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on the design and fabrication of multimaterial and multifunctional optical fibers. Prior to this, a research assistant role involved fabricating and integrating noble metal nanostructures for chemical and biological sensing applications.
