Prabu Sellappan

Prabu Sellappan is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Hardware Flow Architect and Senior Researcher at ASML since June 2022, where expertise is focused on developing flow hardware solutions for advanced extreme ultraviolet lithography systems. Previous experience includes a role as Research Faculty at Florida State University, conducting research in active flow control and aeroacoustics, as well as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Florida Center for Advanced Aero-Propulsion. Prabu's academic tenure includes positions at the University of Southern California, where contributions spanned experimental studies in fluid dynamics and mentoring PhD students. Prabu holds a PhD and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
