Qian Li

Qian Li is currently a Manager at the Embedded Software department at ASML, overseeing the well-being and professional growth of over 30 engineers while managing daily operations. Previously, Qian served as a SAFe Release Train Engineer at ASML, leading a multi-disciplinary team involved in hardware and software development in the semiconductors industry. With a strong background in Agile transformation, project management, and business process improvement, Qian has also held an Associate Manager position at Accenture, focusing on Agile delivery and technology architecture. Qian earned a Master’s Degree in Business Information Systems from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven.
