Raf Swinnen

Raf Swinnen is currently a Lead Engineer at ASML, where they have been since 2022. Previously, Raf served as a Principal Engineer Consultant at Nalys from 2016 to 2018, focusing on the development of continuously variable transmissions and filtration systems. Prior to that, they worked at Punch Powertrain from 2018 to 2021 as a Mechanical Engineer, leading a team while developing hydraulic actuation systems and acting as a component owner. Raf began their career at Donaldson as an Application Engineer and Product Engineer between 2012 and 2013, where they specialized in filter units and provided technical support. Raf holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, earned in 2012, and completed a degree in Industrial Sciences at Provil Lommel in 2007.
