Rahul Kapadia

Rahul Kapadia, PhD is a Mechanical Architect with extensive experience in leading and managing teams for the development of modules for EUV sources. Rahul has worked as a Principal Mechanical Architect at ASML, a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Cymer, and also has experience in academia as a Visiting Lecturer and Graduate Student Researcher. Rahul has a strong educational background with a PhD and MS in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
