Raksha Hoost is an accomplished management consultant and performance coach, currently serving as the Chair of the Board at Landelijke Depressie Vereniging and a Transformation Consultant at Rabobank. With extensive experience in agile coaching and project management, they have previously worked with notable organizations like ASML, Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, and Rabobank, focusing on leadership development, team efficiency, and strategic alignment. Raksha holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication and New Media, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, alongside a Personal Performance Diploma from The Coaching Academy. As a creative professional, Raksha has also pursued a parallel career as an international film actor.
