Ralf Berix

Ralf Berix is the Group Lead Production Process Design at ASML Netherlands B.V., where they manage the performance and personal development of project leads, business process engineers, and statistical process controllers. Previously, Ralf held several roles at ASML, including Project Lead Prepack and Supply Chain Planning Critical Parts Planner, overseeing improvement projects and maintaining demand and supply overviews. Ralf completed a Master of Science in Operations Management and Logistics and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Science at Eindhoven University of Technology. Ralf also conducted a master thesis at SABIC, focusing on the availability of spare parts for maintenance activities.
