Ralf Weijers

Ralf Weijers is an IT Strategy & Innovation Project Lead at ASML since March 2017, responsible for implementing the updated IT Sourcing Strategy and managing the IT Business Support team, optimizing processes related to portfolio financial management and communication within the IT organization. Prior to ASML, Ralf worked at Philips from June 2008 to February 2017, holding positions including IT Portfolio Lead and IT Project Management Officer, where responsibilities included reporting on portfolio progress and ensuring process adherence. Ralf's earlier experience includes roles as an SAP BI Consultant at ViCi Consulting and internships at Atos Origin and Luckerath BV. Ralf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
