Ralph Hanzen is the global head of technical support for customer service new products at ASML. They previously served in various roles at ASML, including manager of training development and delivery for new products, project manager for the learning management system, and scientist. Prior to joining ASML, they were the director of global technical training, documentation, and remote service at FEI Company. Hanzen also worked as a mathematics teacher at Mencia de Mendoza Lyceum and was a board member at Beter Onderwijs Nederland. They hold two master's degrees from Eindhoven University of Technology, one completed in 2007 and the other in 1997.
