Ramin Shadani

Ramin Shadani serves as the Team Lead of Senior Design Engineering and Architecture at ASML, where they also act as a Product Change Leader, facilitating change control board meetings to align stakeholders. Previously, Ramin worked as an Interpreter for UNHCR and Slovenska filantropija during the refugee crisis, and held various engineering roles, including Mechanical Product Development Engineer at Philips and Mechanical Design Engineer at Kolektor. Ramin also founded Sloveniran d.o.o, a company providing translation services and facilitating international student exchange. They are currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at the University of Ljubljana.
