Ramón Baas

Ramón Baas is an experienced manager and Group Leader at ASML, with a strong technical background in software development, IT, security, and cloud services. Previously, they held various leadership roles at NXP Semiconductors, where they managed product creation applications and collaboration environments, streamlining processes and reducing applications significantly. Ramón began their career as a Research Scientist at Philips Research, later working as a System Architect at Philips Semiconductors. They earned a Master's degree in Computing Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
