Remco Schoemaker

Remco Schoemaker is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Senior EUV Competence Engineer at ASML since April 2022, focusing on customer feedback during the design and industrialization of New Product Introductions for NXE and EXE series. Prior to ASML, Remco worked as a Spacecraft System Integration Engineer at TERMA Group, contributing to the JUpiter ICy moons Explorer (JUICE) mission, and served as a Satellite Software Systems Architect at QinetiQ Space, specializing in the European Space Agency's PROBA-3 mission. Remco's earlier experience includes a tenure as a Research Scholar at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where systems design and simulation for interplanetary missions were key responsibilities, and co-founding Nezci, concentrating on full stack development for various companies. Remco holds a Master of Science in Space Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology.
