René Bos

René Bos is currently the Director of M&A at ASML, where they focus on acquisitions, divestments, and scale-up investments. Previously, René held various legal positions, including General Counsel at Antea Group Nederland and Senior Corporate Counsel at NXP Semiconductors. They have extensive experience in corporate law, data privacy, and compliance, having also served as Legal Counsel for several organizations, including Jumbo Supermarkten and Havenbedrijf Rotterdam N.V. René holds master's degrees in Law from Radboud University and Public Administration from Tilburg University.
