Rick Lerma

Rick Lerma, CPIM, serves as the Logistics Supplier Manager and Supplier Excellence Manager at ASML, overseeing supplier performance in a global semiconductor supply chain that supports substantial annual sales. With previous experience as a Material Planner/Manager at GKN Automotive and Supply Chain Manager roles at RGA Enterprises, Porter's Group, and Parker Hannifin, Rick has a strong background in optimizing supply chain operations and improving supplier performance. Notably, Rick has managed ERP implementations and led continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies at various organizations, including AmesburyTruth and Eaton Corporation. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
