Rick Peters is currently the Maintenance Project Portfolio Manager at ASML since 2025. Previously, they served as Head of Maintenance at Omniplast B.V. and Manager Technische Diensten at NedZink BV from 2017 to 2022. They began their career at SABIC, where they held the positions of Process Engineer for Energy, Utilities & Compression Section and later for Energy & Utilities for Olefins 3 & 4 from 2012 to 2017. Rick also contributed to academic settings as a temporary researcher and tutor at Eindhoven University of Technology during their studies, earning an MSc in Mechanical Engineering in 2011.
