Rob Leermakers is currently the Product Clustermanager EUV at ASML, where they oversee the operational management of the CO2 laser in the EUV source product for all installed base and services. Rob has held various project management roles within ASML since 2012, including responsibilities for illumination modules and the integration of advanced sensors. They earned a Master’s degree in Physics from Radboud University in 2000. Passionate about continuous improvement and multidisciplinary collaboration, Rob enjoys aligning stakeholders and enhancing project outcomes.
