Roel Boumen

Roel Boumen received a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology in 2007. Since then, they have held various roles at ASML, including Product Development Manager for the EXE:5200B, Director of Source Laser EUV, and Director of System Integration EUV. Their previous experience includes serving as Senior Project Lead for Source Integration at Cymer. Boumen also earned an MSc and BSc in Systems Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, respectively, from the same institution.
