Roel Copic

Roel Copic is currently the Head of Quality & Business Performance at ASML, overseeing various critical areas including quality, safety, and strategy execution. With a solid background in project and program management across multiple industries, Roel has previously served as the Director - Cluster Head Metrology in Supply Chain Management at ASML from 2018 to 2021 and held significant roles at Philips Lighting and Philips Consumer Lifestyle. Roel's extensive experience includes leading teams and managing key accounts, demonstrating strong capabilities in motivation, efficiency, and collaboration. Roel holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven and has completed advanced business programs at IMD Business School and Ashridge Business School.
