Roger Drabbels has been with ASML since January 2000, holding various leadership positions including Director of Mechanical Development and Department Manager of Mechanical Development. Prior roles at ASML include Senior Manager of EF System Qualification and Group Leader of Operations NXE Build, among others. In addition to the tenure at ASML, Roger served as a board member and chair of the orchestra committee for Harmonie De Vriendenkrans Heel from January 2005 to April 2024. Educated at Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven, Roger obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from 1991 to 1995, following earlier education at Overmaas College Roermond from 1987 to 1991.
