Roger Roumen

Roger Roumen has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having worked at ASML since October 1994 in various leadership roles, including Sr. System Delivery Manager EUV and Sr. Manager EF Quality and Lean. Roumen has contributed significantly to the EUV Factory Management Team, focusing on quality roadmap development and Lean deployment for a factory with approximately 1,200 employees. Responsibilities have included managing the industrialization of key EUV systems such as the NXE:3300 and Cymer EUV light source, as well as overseeing manufacturing preparations for new platforms and leading project teams. In addition to work at ASML, Roger Roumen is the founder, owner, and managing director of iapp.nl since October 2014. Education includes a degree in Electronics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and studies at Eindhoven University of Technology.
