Ron van Geffen has a background in electronics, having earned a BS from Fontys Hogescholen and completed programs at LBO de Steeg and MBO De Leigraaf. They began their career as an Equipment Engineer at Philips Consumer Electronics from 2003 to 2006. At ASML, from 2011 to 2013, Ron held various roles including NXE NPI support for Hynix and Project Leader for CS Upgrades, eventually becoming Manager of Continuous Improvement. Currently, they lead projects focused on enhancing operational excellence.
