Ronald Van der Ham is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and fluid dynamics, currently serving as a Technisch architect at ASML since September 2020. Previously, Ronald held various roles at ASML, including Sr. manager of EUV Projection and Manager of immersion hood development, after joining the company in June 2007. Prior to this, Ronald worked as a Consultant Fluid Dynamics at Fluïdum BV and as an Engineer at Cyclone Fluid Dynamics BV. Ronald's academic background includes a PhD in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Hydraulics and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from Technische Universiteit Delft. Additionally, Ronald was a Postdoctoral Researcher at NIOZ Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research from March 1998 to November 1999.
