Rui Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and managing technical teams. At ASML from December 2016 to September 2022, Rui served as Director and Department Manager of Optical Sensors & Industrialization, as well as Engineering Manager for System Integration, leading a team of over 50 professionals in product integration and qualification for EUV and DUV BLs. In addition, Rui held the position of Technologist, overseeing strategic improvements in design and manufacturing processes. Rui holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University, complementing a strong foundation in mechatronics, MEMS, and design optimization.
