Russell Kropp

Russell Kropp is an Engineering Manager at ASML, where they focus on developing the next generation of photo-lithography machines. With a strong background as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy, they gained extensive experience in engineering management across operations, preventative maintenance, training, and assessment. Russell holds a Master of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Control Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
