Ruud Castermans

Ruud Castermans is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in product lifecycle management and team leadership. Currently serving as Solution Team Manager for IT PLM SE & MH Design at ASML since June 2015, Ruud is responsible for overseeing project deliveries and application management within the systems engineering and mechatronics hardware design domain. Previous roles include PLM Change Manager at Atos, where Ruud led product data management projects for clients such as Philips Lighting and managed operations for NXP. Ruud has held various positions related to operations management and project leadership across multiple companies, including NXP and Assembleon, and possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, along with a Prince2 Foundation certificate.
