Ruud Poos

Ruud Poos is a versatile individual currently serving as the EUV Factory Architect at ASML. With a foundation in mechanics, having earned a degree from HTS Eindhoven, Ruud previously held various significant roles at ASML, including Process Architect and Technisch Architect, where they focused on enhancing work methods and full lifecycle architecture for DUV systems. Prior to ASML, Ruud worked at Chromalloy as a Mechanical Tool and Process Designer, integrating repair processes to improve efficiency. Additionally, they contributed to Philips DVS as a Technology Leader, enhancing production output for PCB assemblies and precision optical parts. Ruud is known for their practical, flexible approach and a positive attitude throughout their career.
