Sam Yeh

Sam Yeh is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving in various roles at ASML since December 2014, including EUV Global Support Center Engineer and EUV Field Service Engineer. Responsibilities include testing, maintenance, and upgrades of EUV systems, as well as installation and qualification of cutting-edge lithography platforms. Prior experience as a Research Assistant at National Taiwan University's Optoelectronic Device Simulation Lab involved significant contributions to GaN-based LED research and development, resulting in four published IEEE papers. Sam Yeh holds a Master of Science in Photonics and Optoelectronics Engineering from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from National Chiao Tung University.
