Sean Youngblood is an Electronics Design Engineer at ASML since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Undergraduate and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Connecticut Center for Clean Energy Engineering, where assistance was provided in designing a grid-tied inverter testbed and developing a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testbed for control algorithm verification in distributed generation systems. Sean also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Connecticut Structural and Materials Testing Laboratory, creating a C++ program to assess the lifetime performance of steel structures using 3D modeling, and at the Nanoelectronics Laboratory, where experimental setups were designed to characterize carrier transport properties in semiconductor materials. Sean holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Physics minor from the University of Connecticut.
