Shawon Sen

Shawon Sen is a skilled Competence Lead in Optics & System Qualification at ASML, where they oversee the production process and drive process improvements through effective cross-department collaboration. Previously, Shawon held positions as a Competence Process Engineer and Twinscan NXT System Performance Engineer at the same company, contributing to system qualification and performance testing. They also gained valuable experience as a Master Thesis Student at IAVT, TU Dresden, focusing on low-temperature interconnects, and as a Project Student at the Institute of Semiconductors and Microsystems, where they researched electrochemical deposition in high aspect ratio TSV structures. Shawon earned a Master’s Degree in Nanoelectronic Systems from Technische Universität Dresden and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology.
