Shumin L.

Shumin L. is a Senior Design Engineer and architect at ASML, where they focus on the design, development, testing, and integration of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) imaging systems. Previously, Shumin conducted interdisciplinary research as a Graduate Student and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, investigating material degradation and developing innovative testing systems. Shumin also earned a Master's degree from Tsinghua University, specializing in Materials Science and Engineering.
