Simone Hiemstra

Simone Hiemstra possesses extensive experience in learning and talent technology. They began their career as a Trainer at UPS from 2001 to 2004, later serving as a Training Developer at UPC from 2004 to 2007, and Opleidingsadviseur/-ontwikkelaar at Tele'Train from 2008 to 2010. Simone held various leadership roles, including Global Manager Functional Learning & Capability and Global Learning Technology Lead at The HEINEKEN Company from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Learning & Knowledge Management Technology at ASML, reflecting their commitment to enhancing educational technologies. Simone earned their educational background from the University of Groningen, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
