So Pham

So Pham, born in 1981 in Long An, Vietnam, is a Process & Equipment Integration Engineer at ASML since October 2011, specializing in NXE resist outgassing qualification. Previous experience includes serving as a Physics Development Engineer at TMC and holding research positions at NIST and CNSE in March and February 2012, respectively. So Pham completed a PhD in Integrated Optics and Electrical Engineering and Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Twente from 2007 to 2011. Educational background also includes a Master's degree in Advanced Material Science and Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University (2005-2007) and undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Hanoi University of Technology and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
