Sofie Van Dieten-Blom, MBA, is a seasoned global HR leader with 20 years of experience in multinational companies, primarily in fast-growing and change-oriented environments. Sofie served as the Senior HR&O Business Partner (Director) at ASML, where they shaped and drove business transformation programs to enhance employee engagement and organizational scalability. Previously, Sofie held significant roles at DSM, including Global Talent Manager and People & Culture Lead for Continuous Improvement, demonstrating a successful track record in talent management and organizational change initiatives. Sofie earned an MBA from TiasNimbas Business School and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University.
